Daniel Mendez, a Chicago, Illinois native, went to the University of Illinois Chicago, majoring in Business Management and Marketing and received his degree in Business Finance and Marketing from DeVry University. He has excelled at every role he has had. When he worked for Just Energy, he was promoted from an Independent Contractor to an Assistant Crew Directory within a month. He also set the company record for the most approved residential RCEs. In 2013, he went on to work as an Agent Performance Consultant for GoHealth.

At GoHealth, he increased sales, trained agents and led his team to rank number one on the Coventry Campaign. Daniel's addition to the Ensure Healthcare Solutions' family as the Director and Operations has played an important role in the company's success. With four years of experience in the healthcare industry, he has become an essential part of the company. One of his major responsibilities is to take measures to ensure the company meets daily targets.

Additionally, he develops, analyzes and implements strategies that would propel the company to new heights. The strategies he develops are geared at achieving the company's daily, quarterly and yearly goals. His hands-on approach to overcome setbacks has helped Ensure Healthcare Solutions provide healthcare insurance, accident coverage and life insuance to 40 states. He is a constant presence at the company, overlooking and managing the entire process.
